Production and shipping

Each piece is printed to order by a professional print shop, then shipped straight to you at no shipping cost. Allow about a week for production.

• Canada: free shipping, 7 to 12 business days.
• United States: free shipping, 8 to 14 business days.
• A tracking number is e-mailed to you as soon as it ships.

Returns

These pieces are made to order from your drawing, so they can't be returned for a simple change of mind. If your parcel arrives damaged or the print has a defect, reply to the confirmation e-mail with a photo: we'll reprint it or refund you.

Your drawings and your data

The drawing you send is used only to make your order. We don't publish it and we share it only with the print shop. Images from unpaid orders are deleted automatically. Payment is handled by Stripe: we never see your card number. We keep your e-mail and shipping address while we process the order and answer your questions.

Photo check by artificial intelligence

When you upload a photo, it is analysed by an artificial-intelligence service (Anthropic, whose servers are located in the United States, among other places) to find the drawing, crop it and give you photo tips. The photo is used only for this analysis: under the provider's terms it is not used to train its models and is kept only for a limited time. Drawings made directly on the site are not analysed.
